Catering Menu

Welcome to Skinny's BBQ catering page.  Please feel free to review our menu options. 

Please note that our catering menu includes the following:

* All catering services can include Styrofoam plates, plastic cutlery and napkins, if needed.

* A final guest count is required 10 days prior to your event.

*  6% sales tax and 15% gratuity (for guests count over 50, higher gratuity for counts under 50) will be added to your final bill. 

* All prices are subject to change due to availability and market value.

* Sandwich buns or dinner rolls can be added for an additional cost.  

* 3.7% processing fee will be added to final bill with card purchase

*Please note that no event will be finalized until we have received a signed contract and/or deposit  for your event. 

  *Prices quoted for your menu choices are good for 10 days and are for buffet style service.  Additional charges are assessed for plated and served meals.  

*Vegetarian, vegan gluten free, and allergy accommodations available upon request at an additional charge.  Consult with the Skinny's BBQ staff to make needed arrangements.
